RCFoamCutter was established in 2006 as a designer and manufacturer of cost effective and robust CNC foam cutters combined with quality and accuracy. We sell CNC hot wire foam cutters and CNC sign cutters as kits for assembly, or as turn key solution of a whole machine.
The hot wire foam cutters are used by numerous industries, including Aerospace and Aeronautics, Sign Shops, UAV companies, Crown Molder fabricators and renovation companies, Hobby Shops, Universities and more. They cut EPS, XPS and EPP for creating signs, logo, letters, wings, fuselage, cores, hobby models and crown moldings.
We are RC flyers enthusiasts that were fascinated by how the wings of the RC foam planes were cut to shape. We developed our first CNC hot wire foam cutter in the garage and soon enough realized that there is a huge market need for foam cutting seeking low-budget solution. Since then, we designed different sizes of foam cutters and sign cutters for anyone not ready to invest high costs in a foam cutter, yet in need of a good high-quality machine.

RCfoamcutter does not sell nor does it support any software the user decides to use.

If you set up the software as described in the manual, and you are still unable to run it, please contact us for support on setting up your software.

If within 10 days of having received your product, you find that it does not suit your needs, you may return it for a refund. RCFoamCutter.com will refund the purchase price of the product in the same payment form, excluding shipping/handling costs. Customers are responsible for shipping costs from their facility back to RCFoamCutter.
Once the product is received, all returns are subjected to a 15% restocking fee.
