The basic package
includes all metal parts need to build the foam cutter. Parts are laser cut
and powder coated. A detailed manual explains in step by step
instructions how to assemble and test each part made.
Included in the basic package:

The Basic Plus Package - $750
|

The basic plus package
includes all the metal parts and shafts needed to build the
the foam cutter. Parts are laser cut and powder coated.
Shafts are cut to length and tapped on both ends. ACME
screws are machined down to 1/4" on one end to fit into
the motor coupler. A detailed manual explains in step by step
instructions how to assemble and test each part.
Included in the Basic Plus package:
* All metal parts
* All Teflon Bushings.
* 4 ACETAL ACME nuts with their mounting screws.

Who should buy the basic
package?
The basic package is priced to enable you to build your own machine.
The parts can be converted to a CNC router table
or any other linear
slide design you may have.
If you want to make the machine larger, smaller, of different then the
one we designed, the basic package may also be right for you.
