If, within 7 business days of having
received your product, you find that it does not suit your
needs, you may return it for a refund. RCFoamCutter.com will
refund the purchase price of the product in the same payment
form, excluding shipping/handling costs, Since Shipping is
included in the price of our products, the refund will be the
amount paid minus double the shipping charges from the
customer back to RCFoamCutter.com office in Sunnyvale, CA.
Customer to provide an official receipt of the shipping
charges back to RCFoamcutters.com
once the product is received. All returns are subjected to a
15% restocking fee.
Customer will be charged for any damage to any of the
parts including bent screws, scratched paint.
All parts must be
shipped back in its original packing.
Fair
We play fair but we find out that people buy our
machine,
copy the parts and then return the machine as if it not
to their liking - please play fair as well - we spent
years designing and perfecting our machines.
When returning a product, you
must first Contact
RCFoamCutter.com via e-mail:info@RCFoamCutter.com for a
Return Merchandise Authorization number. No packages will be
accepted without the RMA number clearly marked on the outside
of the package. In your package, please include a TYPED return
address and a brief explanation of the problem. In any
warranty claim, dated proof of purchase (original
RCFoamCutter.com invoice or copy) must accompany the product.
Return shipping must be shipped prepaid in a container
suitable to protect the product from transit damage, and
should be insured for the product price. Padded mailers will
NOT provide adequate protection for any RCFoamCutter.com
products, and cardbox containers must be large enough to
provide room for the product, and protective padding for the
product.
After receiving an RMA# from RCFoamCutter.com, properly
packing the device for shipping, and marking the shipping box
with the RMA#, ship the item to:
