is a joint venture between
FoamLinx LLC and two private investors.
Our goal is to provide a cost effective and robust CNC
foam cutter without compromising quality and accuracy.
What's next ?
We plan to produce a low cost 4' x 3' x 8' Hot Wire CNC
foam cutter for under $8000. This machine will have the
same specifications of most machines sold at the moment
for over $16,000. Another feature we implemented is that the machine
assembly time is less then 1 hour. This means that the
customer can start cutting within 2 to 3 hours from the
time he receives the machine.
Update: As of March 1st 2010 we have started shipping
the new 4' x 3' x 8' machine with computer and software
for $7999 (plus shipping) |

If, within 10 days of having
received your product, you find that it does not suit your
needs, you may return it for a refund. RCFoamCutter.com will
refund the purchase price of the product in the same payment
form, excluding shipping/handling costs, Since Shipping is
included in the price of our products, the refund will be the
amount paid minus double the shipping charges from the
customer back to RCFoamCutter.com office in Sunnyvale, CA.
Customer to provide an official receipt of the shipping
charges back to RCFoamcutters.com
once the product is received. All returns are subjected to a
15% restocking fee.

RCFoamCutter.com warrants
its products, and products it sells, against defects in materials and
workmanship for a period of 90 days. If you discover a defect,
RCFoamCutter.com will, at its option, repair, replace, or refund the
purchase price. After 90 days, products can still be sent in for
replacement. RCFoamCutter.com products are not warranted
against mis-wires, overvoltage conditions or overheating, or if the
product has been altered, modified, or damaged. Warranty also does not
cover normal wear and tear of the product or costs related to removal,
installation or troubleshooting of the customers system. The warranty
does not apply if the product has been neglected, improperly
installed, physically damaged or altered, or any original
identification markings have been defaced, altered or removed.

We usually ship within 5 to 10 business
days. Shipping in the USA are shipped FedEX, outside the US, FedEX or
USPS

Returns

When returning a product, you
must first Contact
RCFoamCutter.com via e-mail:Returns@RCFoamCutter.com for a
Return Merchandise Authorization number. No packages will be
accepted without the RMA number clearly marked on the outside
of the package. In your package, please include a TYPED return
address and a brief explanation of the problem. In any
warranty claim, dated proof of purchase (original
RCFoamCutter.com invoice or copy) must accompany the product.
Return shipping must be shipped prepaid in a container
suitable to protect the product from transit damage, and
should be insured for the product price. Padded mailers will
NOT provide adequate protection for any RCFoamCutter.com
products, and cardbox containers must be large enough to
provide room for the product, and protective padding for the
product.
After receiving an RMA# from RCFoamCutter.com, properly
packing the device for shipping, and marking the shipping box
with the RMA#, ship the item to:

makes no other warranty
of any kind, expressed or implied, including any warranty of
merchantability, fitness of the product for any particular
purpose even if that purpose is known to RCFoamCutter.com, or
any warranty relating to patents, trademarks, copyrights or
other intellectual property nor does RCFoamCutter guarantee
that parts will be shipped during 10 business days. If
packages are shipped after 15 business days, customer can
reject the delivery and return the packages.
RCFoamcutter will not be held responsible for any damages
caused by FedEX, UPS or USPS packages being lost or delayed. RCFomCutter.com shall not be
liable for any injury, loss, damage, or loss of profits
resulting from the handling or use of the product shipped.
